Prismatic

An honest operating experiment: can a small team be a venture engine?

Prismatic explored whether a small multidisciplinary team could function as a venture engine — supporting several pre-seed ideas while building repeatable systems for positioning, product definition, brand and execution. At one point the remote team numbered roughly seven to eight people contributing around 15–20 hours a week across four to five early ventures. Those figures describe an operating phase, not market leadership.

The record

The useful question is not how big the team got. It is what the model enabled, where it created coordination debt, and whether any venture outcome survived the experiment. This page publishes fully once those answers are named.
