104 days of summer, and what happens to a team under incomplete information
Berkeley Leadership Week ran on experiential, game-based exercises rather than lectures. Most of what I took from it is about behaviour under incomplete information: who volunteers a plan, who quietly holds the group together, and how quickly a team invents a hierarchy it was never given.
Parts of the week are deliberately not described here — the exercises only work if you do not know what is coming. This is currently the short version, first posted on LinkedIn in September 2026; the longer site edition is being written.
